Stem is our interpretation of a modern British bistro and wine bar. Brought to you by Maddy and Tom, owners of Dilsk restaurant on Kemptown's sea front.
We aim to bring the same ethos of sustainable, locally sourced ingredients in a more casual environment, utilising lesser known cuts and producers.
Join us for a cocktail in our lounge area, a couple of plates to share and a glass at the bar or a four course meal and a bottle from our extensive wine list in the restaurant.
